As regards the decision about the destination of the resources, The Fund’s Council is sovereign, the donors to the Fund not having any rights regarding such a decision; on making a donation, the donor states to have read and agreed with the statutes of the Pelé Pequeno Príncipe Fund – Research on the Health of Children and Adolescents, thus entrusting the council the decision on its use, according to the rules present in the Statute.
