Another characteristic of the Fund is related to the way in which the resources are used: they may be withdrawn and invested, always in accordance with the purposes of the fund, all the profits originating from investments of the resources donated to the fund, they may either be withdrawn and the main values, corresponding to the amount of donations made, may be invested. Thus, the total amount of resources of the Fund is available for withdrawal and investment, according to the purposes of the Fund and the needs presented by the exclusive beneficiary – the IPPP keeper.
